These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website Reposture and form a legally binding agreement between RePosture (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you, the customer (“you”, “your”).
By placing an order on our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Products

We specialize in posture correctors and related accessories.
All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur due to manufacturing differences or screen settings.

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

  • Correct any typographical, pricing, or description errors.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in AUS unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include international customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT, which may apply depending on your location.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but any changes will not affect confirmed orders already placed.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website:

  • You make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms.

  • We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

  • A binding contract is formed only when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay these fees may result in your package being held or returned — in such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Product Use and Medical Disclaimer

Our posture correctors are non-medical products intended to promote better posture and comfort.

Consult a healthcare professional before using our products if you have existing back, shoulder, or spinal conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RePosture shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

  • Injury or loss resulting from misuse of our products;

  • Delays or delivery failures beyond our control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Warranty

We guarantee that all products are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery.
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by RePosture

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the property of RePosture and protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
