We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including all tags, accessories, and manuals).

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, posture correctors that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@reposture.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.

  3. Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at contact@reposture.com before returning it.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

6. International Orders

We ship worldwide.
Please note that international returns may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are non-refundable.
Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been wornGift cards or promotional items.

  • Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.
